For large groups, we deploy a dedicated team to the airport. We set up a clearly visible sign and a small information station just outside the check-in area — a reliable rally point for your passengers and your coordination team on the ground.
What our staff do: We act as the bridge between your group and airport personnel — fielding passenger questions, keeping everyone informed of queue status and timelines, and liaising with flight operations staff on your behalf. We stay in active communication with your team throughout the entire check-in process.
Nosy Be Airport (NOS) operates differently to most international terminals. Check-in takes place in an open-air area and the building is not accessible before check-in formally opens — this is standard airport authority procedure here. Our staff set expectations clearly in advance, and in practice the flow through security, immigration, and boarding is straightforward once check-in begins.

Occasionally the airport experiences connectivity or systems delays — internet can be intermittent. We cannot speed up airport computers, but we will always keep your team and your guests fully informed of what's happening on the ground in real time. Everyone boards. Everyone flies.
